Unlike general machine shops that process many different metals and plastics, we focus only on aluminum. That focus builds deeper experience in tooling, cutting parameters, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and anodizing preparation.
Aluminum machining requires careful control of cutting conditions, chip evacuation, workholding, heat, and deformation. Thin walls can distort, large pockets can release internal stress, cosmetic parts require careful handling, and anodized components require attention to dimensions and surface condition. Because aluminum is our only material focus, these are the manufacturing challenges we work with every day.

Quality Control
We review drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and inspection needs before production. During machining and final inspection, parts are measured using equipment such as CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers. Inspection reports can be supplied according to project requirements.
