Focused on Aluminum

Aluminum machining requires careful control of cutting conditions, chip evacuation, workholding, heat, and deformation. Thin walls can distort, large pockets can release internal stress, cosmetic parts require careful handling, and anodized components require attention to dimensions and surface condition.

Because aluminum is our only material focus, these are the manufacturing challenges we work with every day. That focus shapes our tooling choices, cutting parameters, fixture design, and inspection routines.

We machine aluminum. Only aluminum.

Aluminum Surface Finishing

As Machined
Natural CNC machined surface.
Bead Blasting
Uniform matte finish, often used before anodizing.
Anodizing
Clear, black, and color anodizing for appearance and surface protection.
Hard Anodizing
For applications requiring greater surface hardness and wear resistance.
Brushing & Polishing
For parts requiring specific cosmetic finishes.
Powder Coating
Durable decorative and protective coating.

Quality Control

We review drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and inspection needs before production. During machining and final inspection, parts are measured using equipment such as CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers.

Inspection reports, including dimensional inspection reports and first article reports, can be supplied according to project requirements.
