7000 Series Aluminum
CNCALPARTS machines 7000 series aluminum alloys for high-strength structural, aerospace, robotics, and industrial automation components. Zinc-alloyed grades such as 7075, 7050, and 7021 deliver exceptional strength-to-weight performance, and because we work with aluminum only, our tooling, cutting parameters, workholding, and heat control are tuned specifically for these demanding materials.

Why Machine 7000 Series Aluminum?
The 7000 series is the strongest family of aluminum alloys, with zinc as the primary alloying element. Grades like 7075 and 7050 reach tensile strengths that approach some steels while keeping aluminum's low weight, making them a natural fit for structural and load-bearing components where every gram matters.
These alloys are also less forgiving to machine than 6061. They require controlled cutting conditions, rigid workholding, effective chip evacuation, and careful heat management to prevent distortion and maintain surface integrity. At CNCALPARTS, this is the material category we handle every day.
High Strength
Excellent strength-to-weight ratio for brackets, frames, housings, and structural components that must resist load and fatigue.
Tight Tolerance Machining
Precision down to ±0.01 mm with flatness and parallelism controlled to 0.02 mm for demanding mating and assembly features.
Anodizing Ready
Surface preparation, dimensional allowance, and cosmetic handling planned for clear, black, color, and hard anodizing.
Thin-Wall & Deep Pocket
Deformation control strategies for thin walls down to 0.5 mm and deep cavities that release internal stress during machining.
Multi-Axis Capability
3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling plus turn-mill machining for complex geometry and multi-sided features in one setup.
Aluminum Only Focus
We machine aluminum. Only aluminum. That single-material focus sharpens tooling, workholding, and process consistency.

Focused on Aluminum. Only Aluminum.
CNCALPARTS is a precision CNC machining company based in Shenzhen, China, specializing exclusively in custom aluminum parts. Because 7000 series alloys behave differently from softer grades, that single-material focus matters: we understand tooling selection, cutting parameters, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and anodizing preparation for high-strength aluminum.
From prototypes to production parts, we manufacture aluminum housings, enclosures, heat sinks, brackets, plates, structural components, precision turned parts, and complex 5-axis components for customers worldwide.
We machine aluminum. Only aluminum.
If you also need steel, stainless, brass, or titanium, we will tell you honestly that it is outside our focus. For aluminum, it means deeper process knowledge on every order.
Prototype to Production
Quantities from 1–10 pcs for prototypes, 10–500 pcs for low volume, and 500+ pcs for recurring batch production.
Quality Control
CMM, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers, with dimensional and first article reports.
Surface Finishing
As machined, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, powder coating, chromate conversion, and clear, black, color, or hard anodizing.
Drawing Support
STEP, STP, SLDPRT, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF, and PDF accepted. Send a 3D model plus a 2D drawing with tolerances for the fastest quote.
