We use custom soft jaws, vacuum fixturing where appropriate, controlled cutting parameters, optimized tool paths, and thermal management to reduce workholding stress and warping.

What files should I send for a quotation? +

Send STEP or IGES files together with technical drawings, material specifications, quantities, surface finish requirements, and any critical inspection points.

Do you machine stainless steel, brass, or titanium? +

No. We focus strictly on aluminum. This specialization enables better aluminum-specific process control, faster setup turnaround, and consistent results for small precision components.
