Quality Assurance for Large Parts

Every large part undergoes a rigorous inspection protocol. We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) verification for critical dimensions, hole positions, and geometric tolerances (GD&T). For large plates and frames, we specifically monitor flatness and parallelism across the entire surface area.

You receive a full Dimensional Inspection Report or First Article Inspection (FAI) report with your order, providing documented proof that the parts match your 3D models and PDF drawings.
