Aluminum CNC machining specialists

Precision aluminum parts with controlled position and concentricity.

CNCALPARTS focuses exclusively on aluminum CNC machining for precision assembly components. We control the relationship between holes, bores, mounting surfaces, and rotating features from datum planning through final inspection.

Geometric accuracy

Build the datum strategy around your assembly.

Position and concentricity are not isolated inspection results. They depend on how the part is referenced, supported, machined, and measured throughout the process.

01

Datum establishment

Primary, secondary, and tertiary datums are defined from the assembly interface so bearing bores, locating holes, and mounting features remain correctly related.

02

One-hit machining

5-axis machining and tombstone fixtures reduce re-fixturing and help eliminate stacking errors caused by repositioning the part.

03

Deformation control

Custom soft jaws and vacuum fixtures distribute clamping pressure evenly, helping prevent spring-back after the part is removed.

04

Bore precision

Precision boring for bearing housings and locating pins provides tighter cylindricity and size control, often reaching ±0.01 mm.

Technical capability

A process optimized for aluminum assemblies.

Our 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling and turn-mill centers are configured around the thermal and mechanical behavior of aluminum alloys.

Production workflow

From design validation to repeatable production.

Prototype and production requirements are handled differently, while both use the same high-precision manufacturing foundation.

Prototypes · 1–10 pcs

Fast turnaround and design validation

The same high-precision equipment used for production helps make prototypes representative of the final part.

Low volume to batch · 10–500+ pcs

Stable processes for repeat orders

Repeatable fixtures, standardized inspection routines, machine programs, and offset data help the 1,000th part match the first.

Beyond machining

Finishing that supports function and appearance.

Aluminum surface treatments are selected according to cosmetic, wear, and environmental requirements.

As machined

Natural finish with controlled tool marks.

Bead blasting

Uniform matte finish that hides machining lines.

Anodizing

Clear, black, and color Type II anodizing.

Hard anodizing

Increased surface hardness and wear resistance.

Additional treatments

Powder coating, chemical film, chromate conversion, and brushing.

Quality control

Evidence for every critical relationship.

We verify geometric tolerances with measurement equipment suited to complex aluminum components and can provide inspection documentation before shipment.

CMM inspection

Automated coordinate measurement for complex geometric relationships.

Precision gauging

Bore, pin, and thread gauges for hole-to-hole relationships.

Documentation

Dimensional Inspection Reports and FAI reports upon request.
