Precision is a process, not a single pass

In aluminum, tight tolerances depend on cutting conditions, chip evacuation, workholding, heat, and deformation control. CNCALPARTS machines aluminum exclusively, so these challenges are addressed on every job rather than treated as exceptions.

Tolerance Control

General machining to ±0.05 mm, with precision features held down to ±0.01 mm on holes, bores, and critical fits.

Geometric Accuracy

Flatness, parallelism, and position tolerances down to 0.02 mm for sealing surfaces, optical mounts, and structural plates.

Surface Finish

Surface roughness of Ra 0.8–3.2 μm, with bead blasting, brushing, polishing, and anodizing preparation handled in-house.

Thin-Wall & Deep Pockets

Minimum wall thickness of 0.5 mm and controlled stress release for large pockets and deformation-prone geometry.

Precision Features

Minimum hole diameter of Ø1.0 mm, threads from M1.6, precision bores, and multi-sided 5-axis features.

Verified Inspection

CMM, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore and pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers, with reports on request.

Built for aluminum, from prototype to production

CNCALPARTS supports 1–10 piece prototypes, low-volume runs of 10–500 pieces, and recurring production of 500+ pieces. Setups, tooling, and inspection are planned around repeatability so the tenth part matches the first.
