CNCALPARTS is a precision CNC machining company based in Shenzhen, China, specializing exclusively in custom aluminum parts.
Unlike general machine shops that process many different metals and plastics, we focus only on aluminum. This allows us to build deeper experience in tooling, cutting parameters, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and anodizing preparation.
From prototypes to production parts, we manufacture aluminum housings, enclosures, heat sinks, brackets, plates, structural components, precision turned parts, and complex 5-axis components for customers worldwide.

Prototype to Production

Quality Control
We review drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and inspection needs before production.
During machining and final inspection, parts are measured using equipment such as CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers.
Inspection reports can be supplied according to project requirements.
