Aluminum CNC Machining

Automotive & Mobility

CNCALPARTS machines aluminum only. This category covers the parts that keep vehicles, electric drivetrains, race machines, and high-performance bicycles moving: housings, cooling components, brackets, plates, frames, and structural assemblies built from 6061, 7075, 6082, 2024, and 5052.

From prototype evaluation to low-volume and repeat production, we control thin walls, deep pockets, flatness, bore accuracy, and anodizing preparation so lightweight design does not come at the cost of dimensional stability.

Why Aluminum Defines Modern Mobility

Every kilogram removed from a vehicle improves efficiency, range, and handling. Aluminum delivers that weight reduction while still carrying structural load, dissipating heat, and holding tight tolerances over long production runs.

That combination is exactly why automotive, EV, motorsport, and cycling programs rely on machined aluminum parts rather than alternative materials. It is also why CNCALPARTS works with aluminum exclusively.

Lightweight Structures

Thin-wall housings, frames, and brackets machined to hold shape after pocketing and stress release.

Thermal Performance

Heat sinks and cooling plates with controlled fin geometry, flat mating faces, and consistent surface finish.

Repeatable Accuracy

Stable setups, CMM verification, and inspection reports that keep recurring production consistent.

Aluminum CNC Capabilities

Milling, turning, multi-axis machining, precision drilling, tapping, and boring for complex aluminum components. Parts are produced to your STEP model, technical drawing, tolerances, and surface requirements.

  • Maximum milling size 1000 × 600 × 500 mm
  • Maximum turning diameter Ø300 mm, length 500 mm
  • Minimum wall thickness 0.5 mm, minimum hole Ø1.0 mm
  • Surface roughness Ra 0.8–3.2 μm, flatness down to 0.02 mm

Parts We Machine for Mobility Programs

Components are manufactured according to customer drawings, 3D models, tolerances, and application needs, from single prototypes to recurring batch production.

Housings & Enclosures

Motor, camera, sensor, and control housings with cosmetic and sealing surfaces.

Heat Sinks & Cooling Plates

Thermal components for power electronics, inverters, batteries, and drive units.

Brackets, Plates & Frames

Structural parts with controlled flatness, parallelism, and hole position.

Precision Turned Parts

Bushings, spacers, fittings, and shafts turned and turn-mill machined.

Thin-Wall Components

Deformation-controlled machining down to 0.5 mm wall thickness.

Complex 5-Axis Parts

Multi-sided geometry, deep pockets, and precision bores in one setup strategy.

Prototype to Production

For prototypes we focus on fast manufacturing and design evaluation. For low-volume and batch production we focus on stable setups, efficient machining, repeatability, and consistent inspection.

Before production we review drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and inspection needs. Inspection reports can be supplied according to project requirements.

Stage 01

Prototype

1–10 pcs for fit, function, and design validation.

Stage 02

Low Volume

10–500 pcs with repeatable tooling and inspection.

Stage 03

Repeat Production

500+ pcs with stable quality across recurring orders.

Aluminum Surface Finishing

Finishing options for mobility parts where appearance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance matter as much as geometry.

As Machined

Natural CNC machined surface for functional and internal parts.

Bead Blasting

Uniform matte finish, often used as preparation before anodizing.

Anodizing

Clear, black, and color anodizing for appearance and surface protection.

Hard Anodizing

For applications requiring greater surface hardness and wear resistance.

Brushing & Polishing

For parts requiring specific cosmetic finishes.

Powder Coating

Durable decorative and protective coating, plus chemical film and chromate conversion.

Why CNCALPARTS?

We take a focused approach to CNC machining. Instead of processing many different materials, we specialize in aluminum and continuously improve our machining processes around one material category.

That focus supports better understanding of aluminum alloys, tooling, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, anodizing, and production consistency. Based in Shenzhen, China, we support customers in robotics, automation, electronics, optics, industrial equipment, and mobility.

We machine aluminum. Only aluminum.
