Prototype to Production, in Aluminum

We support aluminum machining from early prototypes to recurring production. For prototypes we focus on fast manufacturing and design evaluation. For low-volume and batch production we focus on stable setups, repeatability, and consistent inspection.

  • Milling up to 1000 × 600 × 500 mm and turning up to Ø300 × 500 mm
  • Surface roughness Ra 0.8–3.2 μm with flatness and parallelism down to 0.02 mm

Quality Control & Finishing

Drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, and surface requirements are reviewed before production. During machining and final inspection, parts are measured with CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers. Finishing options include as machined, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, powder coating, chemical film, chromate conversion, and clear, black, color, or hard anodizing.

Tight Tolerance Machining

General machining tolerance ±0.05 mm, precision down to ±0.01 mm.

Precision Features

Minimum hole Ø1.0 mm, minimum wall 0.5 mm, threads M1.6 and above.

Anodizing Preparation

Dimensions and surface condition controlled for clear, black, color, and hard anodizing.
