Simultaneous rotation of the part or spindle lets us reach challenging features at the right cutting angle. This is particularly valuable for parts with inclined holes, deep pockets, complex curves, and critical features spread across multiple planes.

We focus exclusively on aluminum, rather than dividing attention across stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and other materials. Our equipment, cutting parameters, workholding, and finishing preparation are tuned to the behavior of aluminum.
