Precision Aluminum Components, Built for Repeat Production

Shafts, bushings, spacers, couplings, flanges, manifolds, fixtures, and jigs are the parts that hold assemblies together and keep motion accurate. They demand concentricity, flatness, bore quality, and thread integrity rather than just a rough profile. CNCALPARTS machines these components exclusively in aluminum, so workholding, chip evacuation, heat control, and deformation management are refined around one material category.

Whether you are validating a prototype or releasing a recurring production order, parts are produced to your STEP model, technical drawing, tolerances, and surface requirements, with inspection evidence supplied when your project needs it.

Tight Tolerance Machining

General machining to ±0.05 mm and precision features down to ±0.01 mm, with flatness, parallelism, and position control to 0.02 mm.

Multi-Axis & Turn-Mill

3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling plus CNC turning and turn-mill machining for multi-sided and complex aluminum parts.

Deformation Control

Thin-wall parts, deep pockets, and stress-releasing geometry are planned around aluminum behavior to protect final dimensions.

Surface & Anodizing Prep

As machined, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, then clear, black, color, or hard anodizing, plus powder coating and chromate conversion.

Prototype to Production

Prototypes from 1 to 10 pcs, low-volume runs from 10 to 500 pcs, and batch production above 500 pcs with stable setups.

Documented Inspection

CMM, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore and pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers, with reports on request.

Component Types We Machine

Precision components are usually the smallest, most tolerance-sensitive parts in a build. They are also the parts most likely to be reordered, which makes process consistency as important as first-article accuracy.

CNCALPARTS supports robotics, automation, electronics, optics, industrial equipment, and mobility programs with aluminum parts that fit the first time and repeat on the next order.

Why Engineers Choose CNCALPARTS

We do not spread our shop across steel, stainless, brass, and titanium. Aluminum is our only material focus, which means deeper experience in tooling, cutting parameters, workholding, heat, chip evacuation, and anodizing preparation for precision components.

  • One material category, continuously refined processes
  • Engineering review of drawings, tolerances, and critical features before cutting
  • Stable setups and repeatable inspection for recurring orders
  • Prototype, low-volume, and batch production under one roof

We machine aluminum. Only aluminum.
