Structural Aluminum Components, Machined With Focus
Structural parts carry loads, locate assemblies, and hold critical geometry over the life of a machine. They demand flatness, parallelism, position accuracy, and stable wall thickness. Because aluminum is our only material, we build deep experience in tooling, cutting parameters, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, and anodizing preparation for exactly these requirements.
Tight Tolerance Machining
Flatness, parallelism, and position tolerance controlled down to 0.02 mm for structural assemblies.
3, 4 and 5-Axis Capability
Multi-sided machining and complex geometry for frames, housings, and integrated chassis components.
Thin-Wall and Deep-Pocket Control
Minimum wall thickness from 0.5 mm with controlled chip evacuation, heat, and stress release.
Prototype to Production
From 1–10 pcs prototypes to 500+ pcs batch production with stable setups and repeatability.
Finishing and Anodizing
As machined, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, clear, black, color, and hard anodizing.
Documented Inspection
CMM, height gauge, micrometer, caliper, and thread gauge checks with dimensional inspection reports.

Focused on Aluminum
Aluminum machining requires careful control of cutting conditions, chip evacuation, workholding, heat, and deformation. Thin walls can distort, large pockets can release internal stress, cosmetic parts require careful handling, and anodized components require attention to dimensions and surface condition.
Because aluminum is our only material focus, these are the manufacturing challenges we work with every day.

Quality Control
We review drawings, tolerances, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and inspection needs before production. During machining and final inspection, parts are measured using CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, and surface roughness testers. Inspection reports can be supplied according to project requirements.
Drawing Review
Tolerances, critical dimensions, and surface requirements confirmed before cutting metal.
In-Process Checks
Dimensional verification during machining to protect repeatability across batches.
Final Inspection
Dimensional inspection report and first article report available on request.
Why CNCALPARTS?
We take a focused approach to CNC machining. Instead of processing many different materials, we specialize in aluminum and continuously improve our machining processes around one material category. This focus supports better understanding of aluminum alloys, tooling, workholding, deformation control, surface finish, anodizing, and production consistency.
