Why design for aluminum matters

Aluminum machines fast, but it also moves. Thin walls can distort, large pockets can release internal stress, and cosmetic surfaces show every tool mark. Anodized components need extra attention to dimension and surface condition before the finish is applied.

CNCALPARTS supports aluminum machining from early prototypes to recurring production. For prototypes we focus on fast manufacturing and design evaluation. For low-volume and batch production we focus on stable setups, efficient machining, repeatability and consistent inspection.
